On the EMERLAND project, the drop in some HB locations has been partially changed.

GREEN SPOT location
The drop corresponds to the SOA location.

TULLY TOWER
The drop corresponds to the SOA location.

There are no teleport to the green spot and Tully Tower.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget that the Tully Tower is an instance. The character's departure / death entails returning to the location through the village and the steel citadel.
